Emma Flaherty

Emma Flaherty is an accomplished HR and Talent Acquisition Manager at B2C2 since December 2021, where responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment across the UK, Japan, and the US, alongside HR Generalist duties. Previously, Emma served as an Investment Management Recruiter at M&G plc from February 2019 to December 2021, contributing to the firm's separation from Prudential PLC and subsequent listing on the FTSE 100 Index. As the founder of MoneyGirl, Emma launched the UK's first female-run social enterprise aimed at empowering women's financial conversations. Additional experience includes roles as Recruitment Lead at Alpha FMC, Recruitment Advisor at EY, and EMEA Recruiter at Spencer-Ogden. Emma holds a BSc in Business Management (First Class Honours) from the University of Essex, a Diploma in CIPD Level 5 from Avado, and A-Levels in Business Studies, Psychology, and English Literature from Woodford County Grammar School.
