Mark Jefferies

Mark Jefferies has extensive experience in IT support and management. Mark is currently working as the Head of IT Support at B2C2 since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the IT Manager at Citywire from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for managing the IT team and infrastructure. Before that, they were the Head of Platforms - GTA at Hotelbeds Group from 2018 to 2019, leading a global team in ensuring platform stability. Mark also worked as the Global IT Infrastructure Manager at GTA from 2017 to 2018, where they managed various IT towers and outsourced services. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Kuoni Group, where they were involved in website development, application installation, and server management. Mark also worked at GTA as a Systems Admin and in Service Delivery, gaining experience in server administration and backup management. Mark has a strong background in IT support, infrastructure management, and leading global teams.

Mark Jefferies attended Orpington College from 2003 to 2004, where they studied GNVQ IT Intermediate.
