Jonathan Morrow, P.Eng. is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in civil infrastructure design and project management. Currently employed at B2Gold Corp. since November 2025, Jonathan specializes in drafting infrastructure plans and managing crew and equipment allocations across multiple projects. Previously, Jonathan worked as a structural engineer at Englobe in a FIFO rotation at a Rio Tinto mine, and served as a geotechnical engineer and BC Interior Sales Manager at MENARD Canada Inc., overseeing project execution and stakeholder communication. Jonathan began his career as a project engineer at JML Engineering Ltd. after earning a Graduate degree in Civil Engineering and a Technologist’s Diploma from Lakehead University, complemented by an honours diploma from St. Ignatius High School.
