Matthew Baron

Matthew Baron serves as the Director and Owner of GeoResolution Ltd, a company established to offer exploration consulting and data analytical services to the mining and exploration sector since July 2024. In conjunction with this role, Matthew also works as an Exploration Consultant Technical Specialist at B2Gold Corp, providing insights into mineral prospectivity and exploration target generation. Previously, Matthew held the position of Exploration Geologist and Contract Exploration Geologist at B2Gold Corp from February 2022 to May 2024, completing two six-month contracts. Prior experience includes a role as a Consultant Geologist at Aeramentum Resources Pty Ltd from October 2021 to February 2022. Matthew holds a Master of Science degree in Exploration Geology from Camborne School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Leeds.
