Mesag Nekongo

Mesag Nekongo is a Senior Mine Geologist at B2Gold Corp., responsible for the evaluation section focusing on grade control drilling, assaying, and estimation. Prior to this role, Mesag worked as a Grade Control & Reconciliation Geologist and then as a Resource Evaluation Geologist at Rio Tinto from 2009 to 2012. Mesag began their career as a Student Geologist at Otjozondu Mining in 2008 and holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Namibia and an Honours Degree in Geology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
