Richard Gilbert

Richard Gilbert is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and payroll management. Currently serving as a Financial Specialist at the Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia since May 2022, Richard has previously held multiple roles at B3 Solutions, LLC, including Payroll Manager and Accounts Payable Specialist. Richard's responsibilities have encompassed invoice review, check processing, vendor correspondence, procurement, and billing for federal and commercial contracts. Prior experience includes financial roles with the US Navy and Trinity Protection Services, where Richard managed payroll for over 750 employees, accounts payable, and prepared financial reports. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with an Associate degree from the College of Southern Maryland.
