André Coji

André Coji is a Brazilian business executive who is currently the Fiscal Council Coordinator at B3, Brazil's stock exchange. Prior to their current role, they served as a member of the board of directors for Smiles, a Brazilian airline, from April 2020 to August 2021. From January 2000 to January 2013, they were the financial director for Tecnisa, a Brazilian construction company. André has also worked as a senior banker for Banco Bozzano and as a trader for Banco Fibra.

André Coji has a Bachelor’s Degree from Universidade de São Paulo in Law school and a Bachelor's degree in Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Andre also has a Certification from IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa in Governance & Compliance.
