Fabio Silva

Fabio Silva has over two decades of experience in the IT industry, holding various leadership roles in companies such as B3, BM&FBOVESPA, Banco Santander, Lloyds TSB, and Itau Seguros. At B3, they served as Managing Director for Software Engineering in both trading and post-trading platforms, focusing on delivering modern solutions for the Brazilian capital markets. Prior to B3, they held IT Associate Director roles at BM&FBOVESPA, working on clearing systems, post-trade integration, and depository systems. Fabio began their career as a Software Developer at Itau Seguros and has since gained experience in system analysis and leadership positions.

Fabio Silva attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Business Management.
