Julia Luchetta is a psychologist currently serving as an Analista de Gestão de Talentos at B3. With a strong interest in developing more human and collaborative work environments, Julia has previously held roles in various organizations, including as a Talent Acquisition Intern at DHL Global Forwarding and an Analista de Gente e Gestão Júnior at B.blend. Julia’s academic background includes a degree in Psychology from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul and ongoing postgraduate studies in Mental Health Counseling at Faculdade de Ciências Médicas da Santa Casa de São Paulo.
