Junior Sousa

Junior Sousa is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in software development and system analysis, currently serving as IT Manager at B3 since February 2011. Junior has played a key role in major projects including the migration to the PUMA trading system and the development of automated trading functionalities. Prior to B3, Junior worked at LG CNS Co., Ltd. as a System Analyst, managing a loyalty program for LG products, and began a career at Ericsson as a Solution Integrator. Junior holds a Master of Business Administration from FIA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in IT from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, complemented by technical qualifications in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Computer Software Engineering.
