Samuel Suzano

Samuel Suzano has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as Coordenador de TI and IT Consultant at B3 since October 2006, where responsibilities include capacity management, automation, and AIOps implementation. Previously, Samuel held the position of Capacity and Performance Leader, developing methodologies for capacity management based on best practices observed at CME. As an Arquiteto de Sistemas, contributions included defining internal development frameworks and alleviating application bottlenecks. Prior to B3, Samuel worked as a System Developer for 7COMm, facilitating communication between development and infrastructure areas, and as a Trainee at IBM, focusing on server solutions. Early career experience includes providing data transmission support at CMA Consultoria. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA in Project Management from FIA, advanced studies in Business Strategy from the University of La Verne, and coursework at FATEC BS and Escola Politecnica USP.
