Founded in 2009 by Sabina Balmer-Fischer, B360 is a Swiss NGO focusing on the sustainable exchange of knowledge and experience between organizations and specialists in Europe and students and graduates from Southern Africa.

The objective of our programs is to contribute to the long-term development and stability and to support an increased understanding between North and South. In this way we equip young people with the skills and knowledge to be drivers of change in their home countries.

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧
Young Southern Africans are well equipped with professional expertise and valuable soft skills to find employment or start their own business, actively contributing to the economic and social progress of their home countries.

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞
We are convinced that helping people to help themselves is the most sustainable form of development cooperation – and education is the key to this!
