Vipul Thacker is a C-Suite leader with a passion for leading and managing strategic programs focused on delivering organizational benefits and positive customer outcomes. With extensive experience in corporate policy, performance management, and organizational effectiveness, Vipul has contributed to various sectors, including public and housing services. Currently, Vipul holds the role of Chief Organisational Effectiveness Officer at Notting Hill Genesis, leading efforts to improve productivity and resource management.
