Will Pollard is currently the Director of Venue Design and Event Operations at the Boston Athletic Association, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as the Operations Coordinator (Volunteer), Operations Manager, and Operations Production Coordinator at the same organization from 2020 to 2022. Will has also gained valuable experience in merchandising floor operations at Augusta National Golf Club in 2018 and as a Zamboni driver at Penn State University from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they worked on US Open operations with the United States Golf Association in 2018 and contributed to event production and operations at Rugged Races LLC in 2019. Will is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Penn State University.
