Leo Tebbens

Leo Tebbens is a seasoned professional in the fields of archaeology and geomorphology, currently serving as a Senior Adviseur Archeologie at BAAC bv since February 2004. With expertise in project guidance, soil science, physical geography, and Quaternary geology, Tebbens specializes in the Maasdals region and river areas, contributing to archaeological syntheses in eastern and western North Brabant and the Meuse Valley. Prior to this role, Tebbens held positions as a Universitair Docent Geomorfologie at Wageningen University & Research Centre and a Post-doc at Utrecht University. Tebbens earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the Late Quaternary evolution of the Meuse fluvial system from Wageningen University and holds a degree in Soil Sciences and Physical Geography from the same institution.
