Larissa Gerlach

Larissa Gerlach is an accomplished executive recruiter and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Owner and Founder of The Vibrant Talent Group, where recruitment services focus on the marketing, advertising, and creative sectors. Gerlach is also a Founding Member of Talent Collective, a nonprofit supporting women and non-binary individuals in talent acquisition, and actively participates as a Mentor for the Bay Area Advertising Relief Committee and Larissa Runs It. Previous roles include Senior Partner at Talentfoot Executive Search and Staffing and Head of Recruitment Services at 80Twenty, along with a teaching position at San Francisco Film School.
