Lavanda Randell, CIT, currently serves as a Counselor at BAART Programs since March 2019 and as a Mental Health Counselor at Pivotal Moments LLC since June 2016, where responsibilities include skills training, service integration, and clinical management. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Substance Abuse Counselor at Sanctuary Louisiana and Mental Health Counselor at Care for You, Inc., both involving the development and implementation of treatment plans. Lavanda's early career includes an internship with the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office, where assessments and treatment plans for offenders were performed. Lavanda holds a Post-Master of Science in Counseling with a focus on Trauma and a Master’s Degree in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

BAART Programs
In 1977, BAART Programs began providing drug treatment services to heroin addicts in San Francisco. Our legacy of advocating for evidence-based opioid use disorder treatment is still our mission. Today, BAART Programs, a brand of BayMark Health Services, is a multi-site, multi-service organization providing opioid use disorder treatment and rehabilitation for patients across the country. We provide high-quality, patient-centered treatment for addiction to prescription medications and other opioids at our 36 clinics. We combine evidence-based, medication-assisted treatment with counseling and behavioral services. In addition, integrated primary medical care and mental health services are available in select clinics.
