Roeland Mol

Roeland Mol has extensive experience in the field of work preparation and organizational council participation. At Baas B.V., from December 2018 to December 2024, Roeland served as a Senior Werkvoorbereider and contributed as a member of the Ondernemingsraad. Previously, Roeland worked at Bavak Beveiligingsgroep BV from September 2005 to July 2014 as a Werkvoorbereider. Returning to Baas B.V. from January 2019 to March 2022, Roeland continued in roles of Senior Werkvoorbereider and Calculator, also serving again on the Ondernemingsraad. Educational qualifications include a degree in Middenkader functionaris Automatiserings energie techniek from ROC Leiden (2002-2006) and Mavo from Andreas College (1998-2002).
