Jason Brown

Jason specializes in being a “generalist”, he draws on his wide experience to get the result the client needs. Jason brings together multi-disciplinary teams, he identifies and manages risk, and is also a specialist in working with remote design teams.

His versatility comes from an engineering background that includes design and project management experience in the dairy, water, meat, aluminum, mining and power-gen. Jason earned his degree from the University of Canterbury in 1993. After eight years in multidisciplinary project engineering and engineering management roles in a major New Zealand food-export plant, he joined an Australian engineering consultancy in 2002, working initially in New Zealand, then Tasmania, South Australia and Victoria across a range of disciplines.

Jason joined Babbage in 2017 and brings big-picture thinking to the projects he’s engaged on. He leverages his experience to bring in the expertise needed to engage with the client and get the job done.
