Michael Goulding

Michael is a personable engineer who works well with people at all levels from client through to the contractor. He has strong technical knowledge combined with excellent communication skills which help solve problems in the design office and on site. Michael understands the New Zealand regulations and standards for pressure piping and equipment and has completed remote work for clients in the UK and Australia. After graduating from Waikato University in 2009, Michael worked in the offshore oil/gas industry in Taranaki where he had exposure to complex engineering problems and time spent on the platform production facilities. He has also had experience in small and large projects across a number of other process industries which include dairy, power, pulp/paper and pharmaceutical.Since joining Babbage in 2015, he has worked on major projects in the dairy industry co-ordinating the design with other technical disciplines and carrying out project engineering roles for smaller clients.
