Mike Joslin has extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Babbage Consultants Limited since August 2020. Prior to this role, Mike spent over a decade at Lion, advancing through various positions including People, Culture & Change Leader for Lion NZ and Culture & Capability Leader for Lion Trans Tasman. Mike's career at Lion began in 1995, where roles included Project Manager and Assistant Accountant within Lion Liquor Retail. Mike's professional journey began at Ansett, where responsibilities included Regional Manager for Air Freight. Mike holds a Diploma in Business from the MIT School of Business.
