Paul Duder

Paul has over 16 years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management and Project Engineering completing multidisciplinary projects in the food, meat and dairy industries in both New Zealand and Australia.

Paul’s involvement in projects covers all aspects from conceptual design to meet client needs, costing, tendering, detailed design, procurement, financial management, project management, commissioning, and project completion. Paul’s design experience is broad covering processes, system layouts, machine design, component design and materials handling solutions. Having being brought up on and with a current interest in his family dairy farm, Paul has a genuine connection and interest in the success and growth of the wider dairy industry.
