Gráinne O'Connell

Gráinne O'Connell has over a decade of experience in higher education, specializing in change management, operations, and cross-functional team leadership within Edtech and Healthtech environments. They have held roles such as Chief of Staff to the CPO at YAZIO and Senior Operations Manager at The Open University, where they focused on enhancing product strategies and development processes. Gráinne has also served extensively as an adjunct lecturer, teaching a range of subjects, including Urban Geography and English Literature, across several universities. They are currently pursuing a DPhil in Global Public Health at the University of Sussex while holding a Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy. Gráinne’s blend of technical and soft skills drives their passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
