Julia Feld has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Translator at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) from April 2013 to January 2015. Julia then worked as an Immigration Legal Assistant at Mintz Levin from May 2014 to February 2015. After that, they joined Tamr Inc. as a Product Designer from May 2015 to June 2016.
In 2016, Julia worked as a Web Design Instructor and Mentor at Startup Institute for a few months. Julia then moved on to HelloFresh, where they were a Product Designer from February 2017 to December 2018.
In 2019, Julia worked in a couple of different companies. Julia started as a Senior Product Designer at Sellics from March 2019 to September 2019. Simultaneously, they worked as a Product Designer at Hotjar from September 2019 to June 2021. In 2019, Julia also embarked on a project called Reading the City, where they served as a Reader and Meanderer, providing book recommendations for travel.
Julia then joined Coffee Circle as a Product Design Lead from July 2021 to September 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Product Design at Babbel, starting in September 2022.
Julia Feld has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies and Sociology from Columbia University. Julia also studied Graphic Design at the Rhode Island School of Design. Julia has additional certifications including a UX Certificate (UXC) from the Nielsen Norman Group obtained in 2020, and a Retention + Engagement Deep Dive certification from Reforge obtained in 2019.
