Libra Dolce

Libra Dolce is a seasoned professional with a robust background in communications and education. Currently serving as a CRM Associate at Babbel since April 2025, Libra previously held the position of Engagement Coordinator at ReUp Education, where multi-channel communication strategies were designed and optimized to enhance user engagement and successfully enroll 1,388 new learners. Prior experience includes a role as a Fulbright Taiwan English Teaching Fellow with the U.S. Department of State, where instructional materials were developed for diverse populations and professional development workshops were conducted for over 200 staff members. Additionally, experience includes legislative monitoring and communication as a Policy Intern at the Women's Congressional Policy Institute and content curation as a Program Intern at the SUNY Center for International Development. Libra holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs and East Asian Studies from the University at Albany, complemented by participation in the Charles B. Rangel Summer Enrichment Program at Howard University.
