Marcel Mikolaschek

Marcel Mikolaschek has diverse work experience in account management, customer success, and administration. Currently, they serve as the Team Lead for Account Management at Babbel since January 2022. Prior to that, Marcel worked at Facelift bbt as a Customer Success Expert from March 2021 to December 2021, and as a Client Partner from May 2017 to March 2021. Before joining Facelift bbt, they were an Account Manager for Germany at Booking.com from December 2011 to May 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems and Networks Administrator at Booking.com from October 2007 to December 2011.

Marcel Mikolaschek attended OSZ Kommunikations-, Informations- und Medientechnik Berlin from 2004 to 2007. Marcel obtained a degree in Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration.
