Michèle Steinert

Michèle Steinert serves as the Head of People & Organization at Babbel (Lesson Nine GmbH) since February 2019, leading a team of 10 specialists in various areas including learning and development, leadership development, organizational development, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as employer branding and internal communication. Prior to this role, Michèle held the position of Teamlead in both Organizational Development and Learning & Development at Babbel. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Liebeskind Berlin, overseeing people and organization topics across the Berlin office and German stores, and a similar role at Zalando. Michèle began the professional journey as an HR Working Student at Westwing Home & Living. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources and Accounting from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Controlling from Humboldt Universität, and enrollment in a coaching program at IntelliCoach.
