Babel Opex offers rapid deployment of overqualified contract workforce.

Our team of hands-on, bilingual, multicultural engineers will stabilize and train your open operator and maintenance tech positions, and quickly stabilize process OEE according to manufacturer’s specs while bringing a critical eye for process improvements.

Once process stability is attained, we will document best practices in visual and multilingual SOP documents and videos.

Finally, we will focus on training the permanent workforce.

Our proven 3-Phase Model is competency-driven and will drive process stability there after.

Teams are supported by an experienced on-site leader and a traveling veteran Team Leader who will ensure operational excellence best practices are included in SOPs
