Olga Coscodan is a leadership consultant, executive coach, and facilitator specializing in organizational development, cultural transformation, and sustainability. With a diverse background, they have held roles such as Head of People and Culture at FocusEconomics and International Communications Manager at IM CLINIC. Currently, Olga serves as an Associate Professor at Bespoke School of Finance, where they deliver lectures on behavioral economics and decision-making. They are also actively engaged as an Organizational Coach and Wellbeing Expert at OM LINES WELLNESS AT WORK and as an Associate Facilitator at the NeuroLeadership Institute.
