Pierce Buckley

Pierce Buckley has a diverse work experience starting from 1994. Pierce worked as the CEO and Co-founder at babelforce, where they focused on fixing broken processes in the contact center and improving customer service. Before that, they worked as the Head of Product at VoxGen Group and MD of VoxGen GmbH, where they played a key role in launching innovative products for multichannel customer services. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at VoxGen, specializing in speech, multimodal, and multichannel products. Pierce also worked as a Research Assistant at Institut für Informatik and Konrad-Zuse-Zentrum für Informationstechnik, conducting research in random graphs and programming random graph simulation software. In addition to this, they were a Tutor at Technische Universität Berlin and a Technical Translator at DSPECIALISTS GmbH. Pierce also owned and worked as a designer at Uncommon Grounds.

Pierce Buckley pursued their higher education at various institutions. From 1998 to 2001, they attended Technische Universität Berlin, where they received a Diplom/MSc degree in Mathematics and Informatics.
