Hannah Brown

Hannah Brown is an experienced business consultant with a focus on workforce planning and performance optimisation. Currently serving as an Associate Business Consultant at BabelQuest, an Accredited HubSpot Partner, since November 2025, Hannah previously held significant roles at Sopra Steria, including Workforce Planning and Development Lead and Resourcing Business Partner, where responsibilities included aligning workforce supply with client demands and managing strategic resourcing. Prior to that, Hannah spent over a decade at Proxima in various roles, such as Business Performance Lead and Resourcing Lead, focusing on performance frameworks and resourcing operations. Earlier career experiences include fleet management at Optimum Fleet and Listers Group and administrative management at Phones 4u, supported by education from Crosskeys College in South Wales.
