Léa James

Léa James has extensive experience in early childhood education and management. They began their career as an Animatrice at Réseau Loisirs Pluriel before serving as an Éducateur jeunes enfants at multiple establishments, including Bb Loulou and Les enfants d’abord. Léa worked as a Responsable de structure at Bb Loulou from 2020 to 2023 and currently holds the position of Directrice de crèche at Babilou since 2023. They have a background in service work, having also been a Serveuse at V and B, and pursued their education at Askoria and IUT d’Alençon, where they earned a professional degree in service management.
