Nikita Shetty is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the smart cities and urban systems sector. Currently serving as the UK & Ireland Lead at BABLE Smart Cities since September 2017, Nikita focuses on assisting public sector organizations with data and technology to promote sustainable development and innovation. Additional roles include being a Smart Places Expert and Smart Cities Consultant & Product Developer at Global Shapers Stuttgart Hub. Previously, Nikita worked as a Researcher in Urban Systems Engineering at Fraunhofer IAO and as a Consultant at International Consulting Network - ICON. With a background that includes leadership training in Alternative Energy from the Masdar Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University, Nikita's education spans multiple prestigious institutions, enhancing knowledge in both engineering and sustainability.
