Currently serving as the Head of Software Development Team at Babtec Informationssysteme GmbH since January 2023, Roman previously held positions such as Head of Development at SERVICEWARE SE and Product Owner Cloud Solutions at EPLAN Software & Service GmbH & Co. KG. With a solid foundation in computer science acquired through a Master's degree from The University of Freiburg and a Bachelor's degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', Roman's career includes diverse roles from software developer to architecture owner, complemented by teaching experience at The University of Freiburg.
