Ching Lu is an accomplished professional in biomedical engineering with a robust background in product development and quality management systems. Ching began the career as a Product Development Intern at Spinal Elements and further advanced to Development Engineer and Senior Development Engineer at NuVasive, where extensive experience was gained in designing surgical instruments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Currently, Ching serves as a QMS Assessor at BSI, leading audits in compliance with various regulatory standards and evaluating quality management systems. In December 2025, Ching will transition to the role of QA/QC Manager at Baby Brezza.
