Emily Dell is currently the Director of Support & Operations at Babyscripts, where they utilize their extensive experience in customer success management. Previously, they served in various roles, including Patient Success Manager and Customer Success Associate at the same company. Emily's early career includes positions as a Social Media Specialist and Senior Customer Care Specialist at Optoro, where they managed customer inquiries and marketing initiatives. They also held positions at the University of Virginia as an Assistant to the Director of University Internship Programs and a Peer Advisor, developing valuable skills in administration and event planning. Emily earned a B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2015.
