Justina Tong is the Director of Customer Ops at Babyscripts. Justina has a background in program and management analysis, which they leverage to create efficient customer solutions.

Justina started their career as a Program and Management Analyst with the U.S. Department of Education's Budget Formulation and Execution Line of Business (BFELoB). In this role, they were responsible for managing customer engagements, exploring and marketing opportunities for increased adoption of the MAX project, and transforming complex business problems into technology-driven solutions. Justina also led and supported the execution of program initiatives and activities that examined commonalities and complexities within federal agency processes to improve business performance, address organizational pain points, and identify cost-savings.

In 2015, Justina was selected to participate in the Pathways to Leadership Program, which they graduated from in 2016. This experience further solidified their commitment to creating efficient customer solutions and helped their develop the skills necessary to be an effective leader.

Justina's experience with the MAX project, coupled with their drive to create efficient customer solutions, makes their an invaluable asset to Babyscripts. Under their leadership, the team has been able to successfully deploy analytic and process solutions for 24 clients.

Justina Tong has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame in Political Science and American Studies. Justina also has a Masters of Public Management from The Johns Hopkins University, where they graduated Summa Cum Laude.
