Linda Elam

Linda Elam is a board member and public health executive leader specializing in health policy, Medicaid, and health equity. Linda has held significant roles, including Vice Chair of the Mayor’s Commission on Health Equity, CEO of the Amerigroup District of Columbia Health Plan, and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Currently, Linda serves as a Professorial Lecturer in Health Policy at The George Washington University and President of Elam Strategies Group. With a PhD in Health Policy and Management from Johns Hopkins University, Linda's extensive experience focuses on improving health care delivery and addressing social determinants of health for vulnerable populations.
