Jin Su

Ms. Su, aged 43, has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from August 11, 2022.

Prior to joining the Group, from June 2002 to December 2013, Ms. Su worked at Schneider National, Inc. (a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, ticker symbol: SNDR) as the deputy general manager of Greater China, the director of corporate development and the director of international operations. From May 2014 to May 2017, she served as a consultant at Egon Zehnder International Inc. From May 2017 to April 2018, Ms. Su served as the chief executive officer of Wisdom International Education Group. From May 2018 to December 2021, she served as the director of the strategic project management office at The Learning Lab (Singapore), an education company invested by a global private equity firm, namely Advent International. Since June 2019, Ms. Su has also served as a director of the board at the International School of Beijing and became the chairwoman of the board in April 2020.

Ms. Su obtained a bachelor of arts degree from Brigham Young University in 2002 and a master of business administration degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2006.
