Michaela Lerch

Michaela Lerch has extensive experience in curatorial roles, currently serving as the Head of the Heritage Department at Baccarat since 2001, where responsibilities include overseeing the Musée Baccarat in Paris and the manufacture museum in Baccarat, Lorraine. This role encompasses the design and presentation of prestigious exhibitions in France, Germany, China, and Mexico. Prior to Baccarat, Michaela Lerch worked at the Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication from 1990 to 2001 as Chargée de mission, coordinating various projects related to applied arts and international cultural initiatives. Earlier experience includes a position at the Manufacture nationale de porcelaine de Sèvres from 1990 to 1998, where Michaela Lerch managed promotional efforts and international exhibitions for the 250th anniversary of the porcelain manufacture.
