Alena Keller is currently working as an HR Business Partner at BACHMANN Group, specializing in strategic staff planning, HR development, and HR projects for various departments including Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and IT. Prior to this, Alena worked at Festo as a Specialist in Talent & Organizational Development, focusing on employer branding and HR marketing. Alena also has experience in supporting global employer branding projects and HR technology & didactic internships. With a Master of Science in Business Administration from HfWU Nürtingen-Geislingen and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from the University of Hohenheim, Alena has a strong educational background to support their professional experiences in HR and organizational development.
