Cong Cao

Cong Cao's work experience begins with working as an Adjunct Instructor at Skills Union from January 2021 to February 2022, where they helped individuals start their journey into becoming UX designers.

From March 2007 to August 2013, Cong worked as a UX Designer at National Australia Bank, gaining valuable experience and learning on the job.

Cong then joined Publicis Sapient as a Senior UX Designer from November 2013 to February 2015.

After that, Cong worked as a Senior UX Designer at Huge from February 2015 to September 2017.

From September 2017 to December 2019, Cong served as the Head of Product at MetroResidences. Cong later resumed the same role from December 2019 to June 2020.

Starting in June 2020, Cong worked as a Senior Lead Product Manager at PayPay Corporation, where they led the team in redesigning the Tablet and Mobile app, unifying the PayPay for Business platform, and introducing new features based on data and customer research. Cong left this position in March 2022.

In January 2022, Cong became a Design and Product Management Mentor at adplist.org.

Finally, Cong currently holds the position of Head of Product APAC at Back Market, starting from April 2022. Back Market operates globally and aims to promote sustainable consumption through refurbished devices.

From 2004 to 2005, Cong Cao attended Swinburne University of Technology, where they studied Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design.
