Imagine getting back 40 hours of your precious time every month, experiencing 90 sweet, silent minutes of uninterrupted casework, or even taking a relaxing lunch break instead of gobbling down food at your desk. Our Virtual Assistant and Virtual Receptionist services are a lifeline for small to midsize law firms looking to break free from the chains of admin hell.

Back Office Betties was founded by Emily LaRusch with a vision to support law firms with A+ customer service. We recruit, hire, and train our staff so you don’t have to. Our highly skilled assistants are ready to help with everything from legal intake to marketing, bookkeeping, scheduling, and more. We'll be the Watson to your Holmes, the milk to your cookies, the bow to your arrow. And trust us, our team is so charming and professional that your clients will be shocked to learn that our assistants are not physically in the office with you.

When you partner with Back Office Betties, you're not just getting a run-of-the-mill telephone answering service. You're getting a one-stop shop for your firm. You have many choices when it comes to hiring virtual help — we guarantee that none of them will care about the success of your law firm as genuinely and enthusiastically as the Betties.
