Back Office Ninjas was born out of a desire to see businesses THRIVE! Cynthia Adams, Our Master Ninja President and Managing Partner, saw many business owners struggling with back-office processes. She realized that they did not want to be burdened with accounting, payroll, and other administrative duties. These business owners had a dream! Unfortunately, those dreams were being suffocated by mounds of paperwork.

Using her unique skill set as a human resource professional with an accounting background, Cynthia created a full-scope firm to help business owners get focused on their customers and business growth to get out of the back office. Since 2010, our ninjas have been serving small to medium-sized businesses with solutions to fit every need!
