As founder and principal, I've spent 20 years helping organizations move from reactive staffing to strategic hiring. Today, Back Pocket Resources empowers recruiting professionals and HR leaders to execute at the highest level through proven methodology, hands-on training, and thoughtful AI adoption.

Recruiter & HR Team Training – Customized training programs that build lasting capability, from core recruiting fundamentals to AI-enabled sourcing and modern assessment techniques.

AI Integration & Adoption – Strategic guidance on evaluating, implementing, and optimizing AI tools while maintaining the human-centered approach that builds great teams.

Strategic Advisory & Project Support – Fractional recruiting leadership, talent strategy development, and project-based consulting for organizations needing expert guidance without full-time hires.

Our Approach:
We build capability, not dependency. Through consulting and knowledge transfer, we empower teams to achieve exceptional results independently. Whether you're a staffing firm looking to differentiate your services or an internal team building hiring excellence, we provide the strategy, training, and expertise to transform your talent acquisition function. Hiring is more than filling roles; it's building your organization's future. We help clients do it with strategy, capability, and sustainable results.
