Caroline Liem is an experienced Casting Director, Coach, and Professor with a career that spans over two decades. Currently serving as a Casting Director for CLC Casting since January 1998, Caroline has extensive experience in film, television, new media, and theatre. In academia, Caroline is a faculty member at The University of Texas at Austin, where Business for Actors is taught, and also at Pace University, with previous faculty roles at Columbia College Chicago. Caroline contributes as an Expert Contributor Columnist for Backstage and owns iBOOMTheRoom, specializing in audition coaching. Additionally, Caroline held the position of Vice President for Advocacy at the Casting Society of America from June 2018 to May 2022 and was Head of Casting at Jimmy Kimmel Live from 2006 to 2010.
