We believe in basic values. We supply our clients with innovative, relevant products and cost efficient products - without jeopardizing quality, reliability and ethicality. It is a simple approach that works. Back to basics! So that’s what we chose to call our company.

At Back II Basics we focus 100% on private label gum, mints, candy and other confectionery. Today we produce and deliver to store chains around the world.
With an extensive product portfolio and a wide variety of packaging solutions, we offer tailor-made products for our clients. We are your Refreshing Partner in Private Label.

Back II Basics was established in 2001 by Peder Barenholdt and Jesper Kolind in Vejle Denmark. Since then our shareholder, Confiserie Triki, joined the company in 2010 and in 2024 we got our CEO, Christian Meyn, to support our continued growth.

We have been hounoured with “The Entrepreneur Prize” from the Trade Development Board in Vejle, Denmark, and twice “The Gazelle Prize” from the leading Danish business newspaper – Børsen. But the biggest honour is when we are awarded new business from our clients.
