Eeksha has a robust background in talent acquisition, having served as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Grofers, where efforts included leadership hiring and the development of effective recruitment strategies. Previously, Eeksha was a Specialist in Talent Acquisition at Valeur HR Solutions and has earned a B.Tech from Kurukshetra University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies.
