Founded by Nikita and Nitheesh, BACK2BASICS was born out of a shared passion for health and wellness. We recognised the increasing prevalence of lifestyle disorders and the detrimental impact they have on overall quality of life. Our mission is to empower individuals of all ages and genders to take control of their health and well-being and to live their best lives.

Our proprietary lifestyle score tool assesses various aspects of your lifestyle, including sleep, hydration, stress management, and nutrition. By combining this data with our 12-week strength training programs, we provide a comprehensive approach to optimizing your health. Our programs are designed to suit individuals of all fitness levels and are suitable for people of all ages and genders. Whether you're a busy professional, a stay-at-home parent, or a student, Back2Basics can help you achieve your health goals.

Since our launch, BACK2BASICS has helped countless individuals achieve their health and fitness goals, regardless of their age, gender, or fitness level. Our clients have reported significant improvements in overall well-being, including increased energy levels, better sleep, and reduced stress!
