Brian Kaplan

Brian Kaplan has held several positions in the technology field. In 2019, they became Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Backbar Solutions, part of the SOSV portfolio, which is on a mission to help hospitality venues get the most out of their bars. In 2018, they were a Software Development Engineering Intern at Amazon. In 2017, they were an Embedded Software Engineering Intern at Compunetix. In 2016, they were a Hardware Engineering Intern at Panasonic Automotive.

Brian Kaplan attended Upper St. Clair High School from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Brian then attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
